Part of a renewed effort to undertake regular studio projects; we fused typography, stop motion animation and javascript into something wonderfully useless. We installed 100 cocktail umbrellas on our studio wall and photographed them in 3 states, using Javascript to animate them on the website. Accompanying typography features the House Industries fonts: Burbank, Tiki and Studio Lettering.

Installation
The base photograph of the studio wall, showing all the cocktail umbrellas fully extended. The other two photos showed the umbrellas partially and fully retracted.

The purpose of this detail shot is to prove that we did actually install everything on our wall.

The umbrellas were inserted into two layers of foam-core board and arranged in a coloured pattern inspired by an LED stereo equaliser.
